Refund policy

Refund/Exchange Policy:
Our policy is 30 days for refunds and 60 days for exchanges. After this period, we are happy to accommodate unique circumstances, so please feel free to contact us at orders@pyrkia.com.
For all apparel, the product cannot show any signs of wear and tear. If the product has been worn or shows signs of wear and tear, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

Warranty Policy:
We have a 6 month warranty on all PYRKIÄ rings and bracelets. This covers breakage, tears, etc. We’ll replace your ring or bracelet with the same size and color you ordered and get it out to you as soon as possible. Does the break or tear have a great story behind it? We'd love to hear it!
